You’ll turn Figma designs into polished, responsive Webflow sites with smooth interactions, strong performance, and a focus on user experience.

Responsibilities

• Build clean, responsive, and scalable websites using Webflow based on Figma or design mockups.
• Implement animations, micro-interactions, and advanced design features using Webflow’s interactions tools.
• Set up and manage Webflow CMS structures for dynamic content and scalable client use.
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser performance.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align project goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve layout, performance, or interaction issues before launch.
• Stay current with Webflow updates and propose improvements to workflows or best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building professional websites using Webflow.
• Experience integrating CMS collections and dynamic content.
• Strong eye for UI/UX, layout consistency, and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and translating designs into Webflow.
