Flowtrix's Squarespace migration process:

1. Full content audit of all Squarespace pages, blog posts, and gallery content;
2. New Webflow site design (usually a refresh alongside the migration);
3. Webflow CMS setup and content import from Squarespace export XML;
4. 301 redirect map for all changed URLs;
5. Integration re-connection (e-commerce to Shopify if needed, analytics, CRM forms);
6. Staging QA and performance testing;
7. DNS cutover with zero downtime. Most Squarespace-to-Webflow migrations take 4 to 7 weeks.
