Quick Summary
  • The list: Flowtrix, Discovered Labs, TripleDart, Omniscient Digital, iPullRank, NoGood, DerivateX, Omnius, Foundation and Quoleady.
  • What GEO covers: Four jobs: your site, your content, mentions on other sites, and tracking. Few agencies do all four well.
  • What it costs: Published monthly prices start around US$3,000 to US$10,000. Many agencies only quote after a call.
  • What to check: Named client results with dates, a fixed list of tracked prompts, and no promise of a guaranteed spot in ChatGPT.
  • Why now: Google's AI Mode passed 1 billion monthly users in July 2026, and ChatGPT had 900 million weekly users in February.

The top GEO agencies in 2026 are Flowtrix, Discovered Labs, TripleDart, Omniscient Digital, iPullRank, NoGood, DerivateX, Omnius, Foundation and Quoleady. A GEO (generative engine optimization) agency helps your brand get named and cited in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI answers. Pick by the job you need done most: fixing your site, writing answer-ready content, getting mentioned on other sites, or tracking results.

We first published this list in April 2026 with eight agencies. We rewrote it on 30 October 2026, checked every agency's own site again, and added two more.

Flowtrix is our agency, so it's listed first. For every other agency, we only use numbers they publish themselves, and we say so.

‍

Why GEO is now a budget line

A year ago, GEO was something to test. Now it's where a lot of buyers start.

That last number is the one that gets budgets approved. Fewer people may click from AI answers, but the ones who do tend to be further along.

The four jobs a GEO agency does

"GEO" gets used for very different services. Some agencies mean blog posts. Some mean digital PR. Some mean fixing your site so AI tools can read it. All of them matter, but almost no agency is equally strong at all four.

The four jobs a GEO agency does: site, content, authority and tracking, with one question to ask about each
The four kinds of work AI answers depend on. Check which ones an agency actually covers.

So the useful question isn't "which agency is best?" It's "which of these four jobs is holding us back?" The table below shows what each agency on this list says it covers.

How we picked these 10

We started with the agencies that show up most in current GEO rankings, then cut any that didn't publish their own GEO work or a clear service. We scored the rest on public evidence only:

What we checkedWeightWhat counted as proof
GEO method20%A written approach to site, content, mentions and tracking
Published results20%Named or described clients, a time period and a number
Technical SEO15%Crawling, schema, site structure, speed

These are our editorial judgements, not independent audits. Agency results below are self-reported unless we say otherwise.

‍

1. Flowtrix

Flowtrix homepage with the headline We make your website and brand ready for enterprise buyers, a free AI website audit field and a 200% increase in search impressions result

Flowtrix builds Webflow websites for funded B2B SaaS, AI and cybersecurity companies, with SEO and AEO built in. Strategy, copy, design, development and search work all sit in one team.

Most GEO agencies work on top of your website. We start with the website itself, because if AI crawlers can't read your pages, content and PR can only do so much.

  • Based in: Bangalore and Newark, Delaware
  • Best for: Funded B2B tech companies rebuilding their site, or moving to Webflow, who want GEO built in from the start
  • GEO work: Answer-first copy, CMS-driven FAQs, schema, llms.txt and our own Flowtrix Schema App for Webflow
  • Proof: When we asked ChatGPT for the best AI social commerce platforms on 16 October 2026, our client ChatLabs was named first
  • Price: SEO and AEO retainers from US$3,000 a month. Website builds usually US$25,000 to US$75,000+
  • Watch out for: We're a Webflow agency. If you're staying on another CMS, a content-only GEO agency may suit you better

‍

2. Discovered Labs

  • Best for: Growth-stage SaaS teams that want fast content output and clear pricing
  • GEO work: Its CITABLE content framework, AI citation tracking, and a separate Reddit service
  • Proof: It says one B2B SaaS client grew from 550 to over 2,300 AI-referred trials in four weeks. Named clients include Granola, incident.io and Gladia
  • Price: A 14-day AEO sprint for €4,995, or a retainer from €5,495 a month, month to month
  • Watch out for: Its site doesn't list a location. Prices are in euros, so check the exchange rate

  • Best for: SaaS companies with an existing content library that needs to be reworked for AI answers
  • GEO work: Entity and schema work, answer-ready pages, G2 and Reddit presence, digital PR, and tracking across six AI tools
  • Proof: It reports Meegle's AI citations rose 134% in nine months, and Signeasy's monthly AI-referred sessions grew from about 15 to 20 to over 700
  • Price: From US$5,000 a month, with up to 30 content pieces and 5,000 tracked prompts

Red flags when you talk to a GEO agency

A lot of agencies added "GEO" to their service page this year. These are the lines that should make you ask more questions.

If they sayWhy it's a problemAsk this instead
"We guarantee you'll rank #1 in ChatGPT"No one controls AI answers. They change day to dayWhich prompts will you track, and how often?
"GEO is completely different from SEO"Most GEO work builds on good SEO. Skipping it is a warning signWhat SEO basics will you fix first?
"Our results are confidential"Fine for names, not for every numberCan you show one result with dates and a metric?
"We track AI visibility" with no detailVisibility can mean anythingWhich AI tools, how many prompts, and what counts as a win?
A very low monthly priceUsually rebranded SEO contentHow much of the work is site fixes and mentions, not just posts?
Pro Tip
Before your first call, ask ChatGPT and Perplexity who the best GEO agencies are for your industry. If an agency sells GEO but never shows up itself, ask them why.

‍

What GEO costs in 2026

Only a few agencies publish prices. Here's everything we could confirm on agency sites in October 2026:

AgencyPublished priceContract
FlowtrixSEO and AEO retainers from US$3,000 a monthAsk on the call
Discovered Labs€4,995 sprint, or from €5,495 a monthMonth to month
TripleDartFrom US$5,000 a monthConfirm the first term
DerivateXFrom US$5,000 a month90-day pilot
Omniscient DigitalFrom US$10,000 a monthNot stated
iPullRank, NoGood, Omnius, Foundation, QuoleadyQuote onlyNot stated

Whatever you pay, check what's in it. A retainer that only covers blog posts is a content retainer, whatever it's called.

‍

How to tell if GEO is working

Rankings were easy to read. AI answers aren't. Agree on these five measures before the work starts, so you can judge the agency on the same numbers every month.

GEO measurement funnel from prompts to mentions, citations, AI visits and pipeline
What to track for GEO, from prompts tested to pipeline won.
ToolWhat it helps you track
ProfoundBrand mentions and citations across major AI tools
Peec AIPrompt-level visibility and competitor share
GoodieAI search visibility and content suggestions
Semrush AI ToolkitAI visibility alongside regular SEO data
Ahrefs Brand RadarBrand mentions in AI answers next to search data
GA4Visits from chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, gemini.google.com and others

No tool sees everything, and the same prompt can give different answers on different days. That's why the prompt list matters more than the tool.

FAQ's

Quick answers to what teams ask before they hire a GEO agency.

What is a GEO agency?
A GEO agency helps your brand show up in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews. The work covers your site's technical setup, answer-ready content, mentions on other sites and tracking. Flowtrix does this as part of its Webflow builds and SEO and AEO retainers for B2B SaaS, AI and cybersecurity companies.
What's the difference between GEO, AEO and SEO?
SEO is about ranking in search results. AEO and GEO are about being named and cited in AI answers. In practice they overlap a lot, and most of the same work helps all three. Flowtrix treats them as one program, starting with a site that search engines and AI tools can both read.
How much does a GEO agency cost?
Published prices we found start at about US$3,000 to US$10,000 a month, and many agencies only quote after a call. Flowtrix's SEO and AEO retainers start at US$3,000 a month, and website builds usually cost US$25,000 to US$75,000+.
Can a GEO agency guarantee a spot in ChatGPT?
No. AI answers change from one day to the next, and no agency controls them. A good agency shows you a fixed list of prompts, tracks them every month and reports what changed. Flowtrix doesn't promise placements, and you should be careful with any agency that does.
How long does GEO take to show results?
It depends on where you start. Fixing how AI tools read your site can show up within weeks, while mentions on other sites take longer to build. Ask any agency, including Flowtrix, for a timeline tied to your own prompts, not a general promise.
How do you measure GEO results?
Track a fixed set of buyer prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews, then measure mentions, citations, AI referral visits in GA4, and the pipeline those visits create in your CRM. If you work with Flowtrix on SEO and AEO, ask us to put these in your monthly report.
