The top Webflow agencies in Singapore in 2026 are Flowtrix, Underscore, The Carrot Cake Studio, Admiral Systems, Webscelerate, JIN Design, ALF Design Group, Zensite, SiteFolk and Brackets. Flowtrix is the pick for funded B2B SaaS, AI and cybersecurity companies. The others range from Webflow Premium Partners to small studios that start at about US$2,000.

We rewrote this list on 29 October 2026. Five agencies from our last version are out. Two turned out not to be based in Singapore, and for the others we couldn't find enough Webflow work to check. Every agency below has a Singapore address, and we checked each one's Webflow partner listing or its own website.

Flowtrix is our agency, so it's listed first. Everything we say about Flowtrix comes from our own case studies.

‍

What's changed in Singapore this year

Three things changed what a good Webflow agency needs to do for a Singapore company.

Developers got more expensive: Singapore had 222,200 tech jobs in 2025, and the median resident tech worker earned S$8,000 a month. That's 60% more than the overall median, according to IMDA's latest digital economy figures. Every website change that needs a developer costs real money. A site your marketing team can edit on its own saves a lot of it.

The money moved to AI: Startups in Singapore raised S$5.9 billion across 472 deals in 2025. AI startups made up 42.8% of those deals, up from 30.9% a year earlier (Enterprise Singapore). AI products are hard to explain on a homepage. Your agency has to be good at words, not just layouts.

42.8%
Of Singapore startup deals in 2025 went to AI companies, up from 30.9% a year earlier, per Enterprise Singapore.

The grant rules changed: On 30 September 2026, a new grant called EDGE replaced PSG, EDG and MRA. If your old plan was "PSG will pay for half the website," that plan needs a second look. More on that below.

Meanwhile, 98.4% of people in Singapore are online (DataReportal, Digital 2026). Your buyers will see your site. The question is what they find.

Four Singapore numbers for 2026: S$8,000 median monthly tech pay, 42.8% of startup deals going to AI, S$5.9 billion raised across 472 deals, and 98.4% of people online
Four numbers that explain why Singapore companies want a website their own team can run.

‍

What a Webflow website costs in Singapore

You pay for two things: Webflow itself, and the people who build the site.

Webflow's own costs: Webflow's paid site plans start at US$15 a month and US$25 a month, billed yearly (Webflow pricing). If you want pages in Chinese or Malay as well as English, the Localize add-on costs US$9 or US$29 a month on top.

The build: Most Singapore agencies don't publish prices. Here's what we found on their Webflow profiles and websites, as of October 2026.

AgencyPublished starting priceWhere we found it
FlowtrixUS$25,000+ for builds, US$3,000 a month for SEO and AEOFlowtrix

For comparison, a general Singapore price guide puts a basic 3 to 5 page business website at S$800 to S$2,999, and a larger company site at S$4,999 to S$8,999+ (iCreations Lab). Those are template-level prices. A custom Webflow site for a funded B2B company with a CMS, SEO setup and real copy costs more, and it should.

Pro Tip
Keep 15 to 20% of your budget aside for changes you didn't plan for. Two of the Singapore agencies on this list give the same advice on their own sites.

‍

Can a grant pay for your website?

Probably not the way it used to.

From 30 September 2026, Enterprise Singapore stopped taking new applications for PSG, EDG and MRA. They've been folded into one grant called EDGE (Grants.sg).

Here's what EDGE offers:

  • Support: Up to 50% of costs for most activities for SMEs, and up to 70% for overseas expansion and sustainability work.
  • Cap: S$100,000 per company per year. Up to S$30,000 of that can go to digital tools and automation.
  • Websites: Under the international branding activity, website development is listed as a running cost that isn't supported (Creativeans).
Diagram showing PSG, EDG and MRA replaced by the EDGE grant from 30 September 2026, with support of up to 50% or 70% for SMEs, a S$100,000 yearly cap and up to S$30,000 for digital tools
EDGE replaced PSG, EDG and MRA on 30 September 2026. Website development is not covered as a branding cost.

Brand strategy for a new overseas market can still qualify. So if you're expanding abroad, ask your agency to split the brand work from the build in its quote. Then check the activity list on Enterprise Singapore's EDGE page before you count on any grant money.

‍

Three Singapore checks before you sign

Most agency checklists are the same everywhere. These three matter more in Singapore.

Cookie consent under the PDPA: Singapore's data law says consent is needed "where a cookie or similar technology collects personal data," unless an exception applies (Bird & Bird). Since October 2022, fines can reach S$1 million, or 10% of annual turnover for companies making more than S$10 million, whichever is higher (CMS). Ask your agency how it sets up consent before your analytics and ad pixels go live.

More than one language: Webflow Localize can run your Chinese or Malay pages on the same site, each in its own folder like /zh or /ms. Machine translation is included, but a person should still check the copy. Ask whether the agency has built a multi-language Webflow site before.

Speed across the region: Your buyers might be in Jakarta, Sydney or San Francisco. Webflow serves pages from a global network of servers, so the platform isn't the problem. Heavy videos and too many scripts are. Ask for a speed test on a live site the agency built.

See how a Webflow build comes together

We post our builds on YouTube. Here's the full story of the ChatLabs website, from messaging to launch.

‍

Questions to ask on the first call

  1. Can I see three live Webflow sites you built? Click around on your phone, not just your laptop.
  2. Who writes the copy? If the answer is "you do," budget time for it.
  3. Can my team edit pages without you? Ask them to show you the CMS.
  4. How do you handle cookie consent for Singapore? You want a specific answer, not "we'll add a banner."
  5. What happens after launch? Find out who fixes things, how fast, and what it costs per month.
  6. Can you show results with numbers? Traffic, leads or conversions, with a client name attached.

‍

So, who should you call?

If you're a funded B2B tech company and the website has to sell something complex, talk to Flowtrix.

If you want a Singapore Premium Partner for a startup site, try Underscore or The Carrot Cake Studio. For a site that connects to other systems, Admiral Systems. For a fixed price and timeline, Webscelerate.

If design and UX research come first, look at ALF Design Group, Zensite or JIN Design. If you already have a Webflow site that needs looking after, SiteFolk. And if it's your first real site on a small budget, Brackets.

Either way, ask the six questions above. The answers will tell you more than any list.

FAQ's

Quick answers to what Singapore companies ask before they hire a Webflow agency.

How much does a Webflow website cost in Singapore?
Published starting prices for Singapore Webflow agencies run from about US$2,000 for a small site to US$10,000 and up for technical builds. On top of that, Webflow's own site plans start at US$15 a month billed yearly. Flowtrix builds for funded B2B companies usually cost US$25,000 to US$75,000+, with SEO and AEO retainers from US$3,000 a month.
Which Webflow agencies in Singapore are official Webflow partners?
Underscore, The Carrot Cake Studio and Admiral Systems are Webflow Premium Partners based in Singapore, and SiteFolk and Brackets are Certified Partners. Flowtrix is a Webflow Enterprise Partner based in Bangalore, 2.5 hours behind Singapore time.
Can the EDGE grant pay for a Webflow website?
Not as a branding cost. EDGE replaced PSG, EDG and MRA on 30 September 2026, and website development is listed as a running cost it doesn't support under international branding. Brand strategy for a new overseas market can qualify, so Flowtrix can quote brand work and the website build separately.
Does a Singapore website need cookie consent?
Under the PDPA, consent is needed where cookies collect personal data, unless an exception applies. Ask your agency to set up consent before analytics and ad pixels go live. If Flowtrix builds your Webflow site, ask us to include it in the scope.
Can a Webflow site have Chinese and Malay pages?
Yes. Webflow Localize runs each language on the same site in its own folder, such as /zh or /ms, with an add-on from US$9 a month. Flowtrix has built multi-language Webflow sites, including one site in 8 languages and regions for Amazon Signage.
Do I need a Webflow agency based in Singapore?
Not always. A local agency helps if you want face-to-face meetings or PDPA advice from someone in Singapore. If you're a funded B2B tech company, Flowtrix works with most of your day overlapping and brings B2B SaaS, AI and cybersecurity experience from 100+ projects.
